2. Product Specifications & Warranties
While we strive for absolute accuracy, continuous engineering improvements mean that actual product dimensions, weight, and colors may vary slightly from website images. Warranties (e.g., the 5-year tyne warranty) cover manufacturing defects under normal agricultural use and do not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, or accidents.
3. Government Subsidy Programs (CRM & SMAM)
For equipment purchased under the Haryana Government CRM or SMAM subsidy schemes, Khandewala acts strictly as an authorized dealer and facilitator for portal uploads (GST bills, E-way bills, and physical verification photos). We do not guarantee final subsidy disbursement, as approvals and fund releases are solely at the discretion of the state agricultural department. Customers are responsible for ensuring their eligibility before purchase.
4. WhatsApp Inquiries & Dealership
Submitting a cart inquiry or dealership application via WhatsApp does not constitute a legally binding contract of sale. Final pricing, distribution margins, and freight costs will be confirmed directly by our sales team.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hisar District, Haryana.
